I presented a poster on my recent research on metabolic pathways of GABA production during osmotic stress at the 2014 LSU BioGrads symposium.

My advisor Fern and I traveled to San Diego, California to attend the 2014 American Physiological Society Meeting: Comparative Approaches to Grand Challenges in Physiology, my first major conference of graduate school! Here, I presented a poster entitled, “The Roles of Glutamate and Putrescine in GABA Synthesis in Fundulus heteroclitus during Osmotic Stress.”
